How Girls Build Skills
EquipHer was created to address a gap in early skills development for girls.
Many of the skills that shape confidence, decision-making, and problem-solving are not traditionally developed in school or at home, especially due to existing gender gaps.
Through hands-on learning and community-based programs, EquipHer supports girls ages 8–15 in developing these essential skills and applying them to real-world challenges
